Participant
If you are a presenter, please provide only the paper ID(s) of the presentation(s) you will be presenting. If there are multiple IDs, separate them with a semicolon (;).
If you are a coauthor of accepted presentations only, please list all the paper IDs in which you are included as a coauthor, separated by semicolons (;).
Registration Category
The registration fees include attendance at all sessions, tea breaks, lunches, welcome drinks, social tour, and the conference Gala dinner. The Young Researcher Registration category must include researchers from both academia and industry who are 35 years old or younger at the time of the TRISTAN conference (June 22, 2025). The Student Registration category must include bachelor, masters and PhD students (June 22, 2025). A valid student ID is required.
If you have an accompanying person and prefer to make a single payment for both the participant and the accompanying person, please select the relevant option under the Accompanying Person Registration section below. While the payment will be made together, invoices and receipts will be issued separately.
If you prefer to make a separate payment for the accompanying person, please select Accompanying Person Registration Only from the options above and proceed with the individual payment. Tickets for Social Tour only and Gala Dinner only are also available.
Regarding One-day registration, it includes the tea break and lunch for the selected day. However, for One-day registration (June 22), lunch is not included, but a Welcome Drink is provided instead. Additionally, One-day registration (June 26) does not include the Gala Dinner.
Accompanying Person
Accompany person registration includes welcome drink, social tour and gala dinner.
If an Accompanying Person also requires an Invitation Letter for Visa Application, please provide their name. If there are multiple accompanying persons, separate their names with a semicolon (;).
Refund Policy
Refund of the registration fee for participants / accompanying persons will only be possible by 16 May 2025, which may entail some commission.
